When this homeowner contacted us, their original plan was to focus on the first floor of their new West Philly home. After discussing their goals in greater depth, it became clear that other work was needed in order to bring more comfort to their new space. Once our team understood the family’s priorities, we developed options for the first floor that would encourage family and guests
to socialize in the kitchen. We also remodeled the primary suite, relocated its bathroom, and gave the other two bathrooms some game-changing costmetic upgrades. Like so many West Philly homes, this one possessed a nostalgic charm. Our team leveraged transitional options to make this home feel modern and crisp as well as cozy and lived-in.
