Will is the founder and Visionary of Bellweather, generating big ideas and managing our most important relationships.
Will Giesey
Managing Partner
Will founded Bellweather in 2002. His participation in complex projects involving structural, mechanical and material applications ensures that all aspects of a project are considered during the planning phase. He is the president of the Philadelphia chapter for the Professional Remodeler’s Organization (PRO), holds multiple NARI certifications, and serves on the Board of Directors for many local non-profits. He earned an MBA from Temple and studied Fine Art at Lawrence University, with concentrations in design and architecture.

What do you love most about Bellweather? We’ve assembled an experienced, passionate, and supportive staff. Our commitments to each other ensure exceptional service for our customers and trades.

Favorite thing to do in your free time? Rock climbing, sailing, flying, biking, rollerblading, and spending time with my son. I’m also a member of the Philadelphia Racquet Club and row in a 4-person scull.

Since 2005, Joey has helped lead the team in business strategy, systems development, training, and company culture.

Joey joined the team in 2005 and worked his way through the company’s ranks, starting as a Real Estate Manager before spending many years as our Design & Production Manager. He is now the General Manager, focusing on business strategy and growth, systems development, team cohesion, staff training, and company culture. Joey is a NARI Certified Remodeler (CR) and Certified Project Manager (CRPM) and has instructed the CRPM prep course. He’s a four-time nominee for the Remodelers Advantage Impact Award, and holds an MEd from Temple University.

Role: Ensures alignment with the Visionary and is the tiebreaker for our Leadership Team.
What do you love most about Bellweather? I love that we’re a process-oriented group that remains laser-focused on our core purpose: helping each other to help homeowners.

Favorite thing to do in your free time? When not on the course at Bala Golf Club, I enjoy gardening, reading, walks with my 3-year-old dog (Charlie), Bay Area sports, and traveling abroad with my wife, Stef.
