Will is the founder and Visionary of Bellweather, generating big ideas and managing our most important relationships.

Will founded Bellweather in 2002. His participation in complex projects involving structural, mechanical and material applications ensures that all aspects of a project are considered during the planning phase. He is the president of the Philadelphia chapter for the Professional Remodeler’s Organization (PRO), holds multiple NARI certifications, and serves on the Board of Directors for many local non-profits. He earned an MBA from Temple and studied Fine Art at Lawrence University, with concentrations in design and architecture.

Since 2005, Joey has helped lead the team in business strategy, systems development, training, and company culture.

He is now the General Manager, focusing on business strategy and growth, systems development, team cohesion, staff training, and company culture. Joey is a NARI Certified Remodeler (CR) and Certified Project Manager (CRPM) and has instructed the CRPM prep course. He developed a passion for construction as a kid, helping out on his uncle’s ranch in Wyoming and tinkering with his dad’s tools in the garage. After working through high school and college at a local paint store, he graduated with a Peace, Justice, and Conflict degree. 15 years of running his own remodeling and painting business gave him the knowledge, communication skills, and confidence to lead his talented team.

Role: Supervises projects post-design, supports project managers, ensures pre-construction processes meet deadlines, and manages ongoing project requirements.

Her hands-on field experience allows her to visualize projects early and support the team with thoughtful planning and selections procurement. Grace and her husband live in an old Philly twin with a seemingly endless list of repair and renovation projects—so she’s never far from the work she loves.
