It begins with Initial Design & Exploration, where we listen to your ideas, review floor plans and renderings, and develop a budget to prioritize your investment.

In Full Design & Development, we dive into project details, discussing flow, structure, and finishes, incorporating your inspiration to refine the vision.

The Construction Agreement & Pre-Production phase focuses on preparation, confirming schedules, permits, and materials to ensure a smooth start.

During Production, Post-Production, & Warranty, our team brings your vision to life, providing weekly updates, maintaining efficiency, and ensures your satisfaction with a 2-year limited warranty.

• Next, our design team presents sketches, 2D drawings, and 3D renderings during the Conceptualization phase to help you visualize your options.

• We then conduct Feasibility & Research to confirm zoning, engineering, and permitting requirements.

• Assembling Your Team involves selecting the best trade partners and subcontractors for the project.

• We also provide a Budget Breakdown with itemized pricing to prioritize your investments.

Finally, with a confirmed project plan, initial concepts, and budget, we move forward to Full Design & Development, guiding you through the best decisions for your home and family.

Once the scope and details from Initial Design are aligned, we revisit the budget to refine and align it to the project before moving to the Full Design phase. When we begin Full Design, we’ll have established a clearer project plan and budget. At this stage, we collect the design fee and a pre-construction deposit, which confirms your commitment to moving forward, and our commitment to delivering the project on time and on budget.

After completing the Full Design phase, where material selections and design details are finalized, we prepare the Construction Agreement. Upon signing, another construction deposit will be collected. Throughout construction, payments will be made at key project milestones (e.g., post-demo, pre-drywall, cabinetry installation). The final payment will be due at substantial completion, before transitioning to our warranty team. We keep you informed along the way so you always know what to expect and have plenty of time to plan and manage your project’s budget.
